You will be welcomed at the winery and accompanied on a visit to the vineyards surrounding the estate. You will discover how we take care of our vines and our land, following our organic production philosophy. We will then move among the barrels where we will illustrate each stage of the winemaking process: here our wines come to life, are structured, mature, and refined. After the winery tour, we will move to an early 19th-century building in the historic center of Neive, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The wine selection can be chosen independently at the time. During the tasting, all the characteristics and particularities of each wine will be explained.

About the host
The Massimo Rivetti company with its 25 hectares of vineyards, cultivated entirely in the organic system, presents a range of both traditional and international vines. The plots are grouped around three farmhouses: Froi, Garassino and Bussolino. In the first, located in the municipality of Neive, there is the winery that stands on the Serraboella hill, one of the most important for the production of Barbaresco.

A warm welcome and clear explanations in both Italian and English. The atmosphere in the wine bar was warm, and the hostess was very attentive. The wines were interesting, the group was pleasant, and the whole thing ran a bit late, but that made it even more relaxing.
