Cancellation Policy
Full refund of the experience if cancellation takes place up to 24 hours before the start of the experience.
Conditions
- A reservation is officially canceled if the visitor clicks on the “cancel my reservation” button in the My Account tab > my reservations > modify or cancel a reservation
- The total amount of the reservation is refunded to the traveler if the cancellation occurs within the minimum period defined in the cancellation conditions of the experience.
- The Traveler Refund Policy, force majeure or cancellations by Winalist for any other reason provided for in the General Conditions may supersede the cancellation conditions. Please check these exceptions.

Immerse yourself in the beauty of our vineyards, enjoy spectacular views of the Ronda countryside, and meet passionate winemakers who will guide you through the entire winemaking process, from grape to glass. Upon arrival, you'll be warmly welcomed by an expert winemaker who will introduce you to the winery's history and explain what makes Ronda wines unique. Stroll through the picturesque vineyards while learning about the different grape varieties planted. Discover how the combination of soil, altitude, and climate influences our wines.
Explore our winery and all its spaces: the production room, aging room, barrel room, bottling and labeling area, where you'll see exclusively how our wines are made, from grape selection and fermentation to barrel aging and bottling. The tour concludes with a tasting of four wines paired with Iberian products and cheese.
