When champagne blending meets cheese aging. This tasting workshop invites you to explore the logic of pairings between two iconic Taittinger cuvées – the Brut Millésimé and the Nocturne – and a selection of cheeses aged by the Frères Marchand, one of the oldest cheese-aging houses in France. Freshness, roundness, contrast, and harmony will guide this tasting, allowing you to understand how time and expertise shape the balance of flavors.
This experience does not include a cellar tour – 10 people per visit

About the host

Located in the Saint-Nicaise district, these historic cellars, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, will immerse you in the art of winemaking. During this visit, you will explore the remains of the Saint-Nicaise abbey dating from the 13th century and discover the secrets of Taittinger's emblematic vintages.

All year round, our interpreter guides open the doors of Taittinger champagne to you and help you discover the history of this beautiful family house.

You will be able to savor the fruit of the work accomplished by a team of enthusiasts by discovering our emblematic vintages. The opportunity to taste the soul of this house, each bottle of which is signed with the name of its owners.

Don't miss the Polychrome Taittinger restaurant, which offers a new experience combining gastronomy and tasting.
