Dive into the heart of Maison Taittinger's expertise with the "Blending Workshop: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir," an experience that reveals the delicate art of blending, the foundation of every cuvée. Led by our team of professional guides, this tasting will be an opportunity to discover the blending subtleties of three gastronomic cuvées: Prélude Grands Crus, Brut Millésimé 2016, and Les Folies de la Marquetterie. Through this comparative tasting, you will be invited to perceive the finesse of Chardonnay and the depth of Pinot Noir, in a subtle dialogue between power and elegance, freshness and maturity: the balance of the Taittinger style.

About the host

Located in the Saint-Nicaise district, these historic cellars, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, will immerse you in the art of winemaking. During this visit, you will explore the remains of the Saint-Nicaise abbey dating from the 13th century and discover the secrets of Taittinger's emblematic vintages.

All year round, our interpreter guides open the doors of Taittinger champagne to you and help you discover the history of this beautiful family house.

You will be able to savor the fruit of the work accomplished by a team of enthusiasts by discovering our emblematic vintages. The opportunity to taste the soul of this house, each bottle of which is signed with the name of its owners.
