Nestled in the heart of the Alcamo hills, Tenute Valso embodies the Vallone family's passion for viticulture, passed down from generation to generation. The company's roots date back to the 1980s, when Vito and Stefano Vallone reclaimed and enhanced the land in the Valso and San Nicola districts, creating a winery deeply rooted in the Sicilian terroir. Today, with Gabriele, Vito, and Fabio, the family tradition continues through production that combines innovation, respect for the land, and the valorization of native grape varieties.
The vineyards, cultivated according to organic farming principles, are home to iconic Sicilian varieties such as Catarratto, Grillo, Nero d'Avola, Perricone, Syrah, and Zibibbo, alongside several international varieties. Special attention is paid to the restoration of the ancient Alcamo bush vines, a testament to the local viticultural tradition.
